Marc was above and beyond helpful with our needs. The apartment is very well located with restaurants, grocery stores, bars and shopping all within blocks. Would definitely recommend this spot for easy and comfortable accommodations!

Mark arranged for one of his staff to meet me as agreed. Everything went smoothly and the apartment was as advertised. Security seemed good and the location was pretty good as well as it is located within 2 blocks of Larco 1/2 way between Park Kennedy and Larcomar. Hot water heater needs to be turned on about 60 mins before use and only heats enough water for one shower. All in all a good value for the money.

This apt was everything I wanted! It was close to the neighbourhood we usually stayed in n' within walking distance to all banks, parks, stores n' restaurants. The apt is very clean, bright n' had everything needed to set up house keeping. The host n' his wife were very helpful n' the staff at the front door the same. A great safe n' enjoyable space.

L'appartement est impeccable, bien situé, sûr grâce au gardien jour et nuit, tu es toujours attentionnée pour nous, on se sent ici comme dans un nid. merci pour tout. j'invite les français à réserver, ils ne le regretterons pas. Notre séjour n'est pas terminé mais pas du tout envie qu'il se termine.
Marc is an amazing host! Fast responses...great communication. Answered all my questions...even sorted an early cab for me back to the airport. I had a wonderful time in Lima. The apartment was just as it was described. The location was great! Close to everything in Miraflores. I have friends in Lima, and plan to go back soon...I will be staying with Marc again! I was in Lima for 1 1/2 months and stayed in several partments over this time. This apartment was probably not the nicest one, but it was most definately the quietest. Noise is a real issue when staying in Lima, especially Miraflores, with the traffic, car horns, bus horns, and car alarms constantly going off. This apartment is in the rear of the building and was about 90% quieter than the rest of the places I lived. That reason alone is why I recommend this apartment. I was able to sleep at night uninterrupted. The apartment itself is not bad, with enough hot water for a fast shower. Unlike other apartments I rented, if you want to have a guest they must register at the front desk with ID.

I thought the apartment was great value for money and would stay there again. It looks just like in the photos. Location couldn't be better and the building has 24/7 security. Marc always got back to me within the hour and although we didn't meet, Alex from the same agency was very helpful on arrival. He even turned on the water heater so that we could have a shower, as it takes an hour to heat properly.

Marc was excellent, everything was exactly as pictured and there were no issues whatsoever. The place was nice and well equipped for an easy stay in Lima. The neighborhood is great, quiet enough (some street noise, but it's a major city, what do you expect?) but close to restaurants, bars and shops. You even get WiFi reception from the apartment in the excellent restaurant, Porto Azul, across the street. Marc was helpful and easy going. The only thing I would change was the amount of time I got to stay. Thank you Lima, you're beautiful.

This was a great location and I really enjoyed staying here was awesome. It was clean, impressive, and affordable. I highly recommend it. The staff was friendly and my room was about 5 minutes from some really cool parks and restaurants.

Great experience. The apartment is exactly as described, location is great, a block away of groserie stores, restaurants, bars, etc...walking to Larcomar and the beach is around 15 min. I stayed there with my son for a week and we enjoyed our stay, we will definitely book again with Marc and Julia on our next trip to Peru. Thank you!

Marc was quick to reply and very helpful. The apartment was clean and in good shape, and although it's small it was good for my wife, 2 small boys, and me especially considering the price. The location is excellent. Very easy short walk to supermarkets, shops, and restaurants, and about a 10 minute walk to a great park for kids. The area is very safe day and night. Would absolutely stay here again.

Marc and Julia were great and very responsive hosts. They made us feel like old friends coming for a visit. The apartment was as described, and being on the 12th floor, it had an expansive view over Miraflores. The hot water was plentiful and reliable, which was welcomed since Lima was cool and overcast the 17 days in July we were there. The location couldn't have been better--central and easy walking distance to the Brazilian Embassy, Larcomar mall, Kennedy Park, Barranco District, and the Metro-bus to the Centro historic district. There probably isn't a safer area in Lima--central to loads of activity such as restaurants, bars, and shopping, but on a quiet mostly residential street--24 hour doorman.

I stayed at one on Marc's apartments in miraflores. This apartment was well located and had super fast wifi. It had all the things I needed and I felt extremely safe based on its location and the Keys that were needed to go up and down the elevator. The doormen were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again.
